WILLIAM CAPSTICK
A former Secretary of Yeovil Liberals and a past Liberal EU and parliamentary candidate, William Capstick is now an active supporter of Christian Democracy through the CPA. An expert in adult education (through the college at Illminster), William is also former secretary of the National Union of Students. Lecturer in law in Zambia, where he was secretary of the Scout Association, William has also worked in Cameroon and was adviser and treasurer for the Pan African Adult Education Association. He now teaches law at City University London. He is Secretary of the Parliamentary Committee of the Catholic Union and serves on the editorial board of Law and Justice, the Christian Law Review. He is married to Celia Mary and they have two sons.
